About
I'm a 6th year PhD student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, minoring in Quantitative Psychology.
My main avenue of research is the structure and development of job performance. I am also interested in the development of personality and the dynamics of affective experience, particularly with regard to how these phenomena impact on-the-job behaviors.
